Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
After processing, the average delivery time is 5–9 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 6–12 business days from the date of purchase.
Standard shipping is complimentary (free) on all orders to Australia, Canada, the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Any charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 3–8 business days to appear after dispatch.
Please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier. If you still need help, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will investigate where possible.
Order cancellations or address changes may be requested within 30 minutes of purchase. After that window, the order may already be in processing and changes may no longer be possible.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the return conditions are met and the return is approved in advance by customer service.
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in original condition, and returned with original labels, tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact. You may try items on for fit as you would in a physical store.
Returns are not accepted for items with removed or broken hygiene seals; intimate items such as underwear, shapewear, and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed; personalized or made-to-order products; items damaged through improper use; or items sent back without prior approval.
Email support@vestralo.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, the reason, your full name and shipping address, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Vestralo does not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.
Only send returns to the return address provided by customer service after your return request is approved. Returns sent elsewhere may not be accepted or processed.
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank to finalize the refund.
