Our customer support team is available by email Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and we aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Orders placed by 6:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
If you need to correct your shipping address or request a cancellation, contact support@vestralo.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that window, or once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
Vestralo currently delivers to Australia, Canada, the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not at the moment your order is placed.
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 12 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs checks, public holidays, seasonal demand, or high order volume.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders to Australia, Canada, the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped through Vestralo's logistics partners. Carrier selection may vary by destination and fulfillment route and can include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal and delivery partners.
Tracking information is provided when available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if your shipment supports tracking updates.
Please note that tracking scans can take 3 to 8 business days to appear or refresh after dispatch, especially during busy carrier periods.
Any applicable taxes are included in or shown with the prices at checkout, depending on your destination.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. While we work to keep delivery timelines accurate, delays can happen due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather events, or supply chain issues. If there is a significant shipping delay affecting your order, contact us at support@vestralo.com.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incomplete, outdated, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us or our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge new shipping fees before resending the order. Where permitted by law, any unrecoverable shipping, return, customs, or carrier charges may be deducted from a refund.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier. If you still need help, contact us at support@vestralo.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and include your order number. We review these issues case by case.
